Tidligere New Orleans Saints kicker Morten Andersen kom ikke med i dette års Hall Of Fame klasse.

Det stod klart efter NFL afholdt det årlige NFL Honors show. Der blev valgt otte personer ind i dette års Hall Of Fame klasse og Andersen var ikke deriblandt.

Ud over annonceringen af Hall Of Fame klassen, så honorerede NFL også alle andre store præstationer i denne sæson. Her blev heller ingen New Orleans Saints spillere nævnt. Hvilket ikke er så underligt efter Saints dårlige sæson.
